In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jessa@urbanedgeshopping.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send the package.

Exceptions:

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gift cards. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.
